VTUEEE 2022 Eligibility

Candidates are required to meet the eligibility conditions before filling out the application form. Here are the details for the same.

Age Limit

• Candidates must be below 25 years of age as of 1st July 2022.
• 5 years of relaxation in the age limit will be provided to those belonging to SC/ ST/ PC (Physically Challenged) categories. Thus, the age limit for such candidates is 30 years.

Educational Qualification

• Candidates must have passed 10+2 or equivalent exams with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics as compulsory subjects from a recognized state/ central board.
• Those appearing in the 12th exam in March/ April/ May 2022 are also eligible to apply.

VTUEEE 2022 Application Process

VTUEEE 2022 application forms are released through both online and offline modes. Candidates can access the application forms at their convenience and apply for the entrance exam. However, no entries will be accepted after the last date for application. Thus, candidates must apply well in time. Here is the detailed application process with the list of important documents required for application submission.

Required Documents

Candidates must keep the following documents ready while filling out the application form to make the process quick.

• Class X mark sheet
• Class XII mark sheet
• Scanned image of photograph (3.5 cm X 4.5 cm); size - 1MB
• Scanned image of signature (3.5 cm X 1.5 cm); size - 1MB
• Credit card/ debit card or net banking details

Application Fee Payment

The application fee for VTUEEE 2022 is ₹ 950 for all categories. The fee is non-refundable.

Steps for Filling the VTUEEE Application Form (Online Mode)

• Visit the official website for B.Tech. Admission at https://www.veltech.edu.in/btech-admissions/.
• Click on the VTU 2022 - B.Tech. Online Application Open’ button.
• Enter your name, email address, mobile number, password, state, city, program, and course to register.
• After registration, verify your mobile number.
• After successful verification, log in as an existing user and fill out the application form.
• Provide academic details.
• Make fee payment.
• Upload the specified documents.
• Submit the final application form.

For online mode, the application fee is to be paid via online options viz. Credit card/ Debit card/ Net banking.

Filling the Application Form (Offline Mode)

The application form can be purchased from the Regional Offices of Vel Tech by paying ₹ 950. The filled-in form can then be sent to the institute’s address.

For offline mode, the application fee is to be paid via Demand Draft. The DD is to be drawn in favor of ‘Vel Tech Rangarajan Dr. Sagunthala R&D Institute of Science and Technology’ payable at Chennai. The DD is to be sent to the Head Admission along with a requisition letter containing the applicant's full address, or candidates can hand over the DD in person at the institute.

VTUEEE 2022 Other Details

VTUEEE 2022 Admit Card

The VTUEEE 2022 admit card will be released on the official website. Admit cards will be released separately for both phases. Candidates can download the admit cards using their application number and password. Then, cross-check all the details carefully and carry the admit card to the examination center.

VTUEEE 2022 Result

The VTUEEE 2022 results for Phase I and Phase II are announced on the official website. Candidates can check the same using the application number and date of birth. The result will have a score obtained by the candidates and the rank of the candidate secured in VTUEEE 2022. The list of toppers is also available on the official website.

VTUEEE 2022 Counselling

VTUEEE 2022 counselling will be held after the conclusion of the Phase II exam. Those who have passed the exam can download their counselling call letters from the official website. For the generation of the call letter, candidates are required to register online and fill out their choices. After the seat allotment, the counselling letter will be issued. Candidates must report at the college for the document verification and admission formalities:
