Vivo for Education Scholarship 2021 - Eligibility, Benefits, Application Process, Selection Criteria
Vivo India offers Vivo for Education scholarship to support meritorious students from underprivileged sections of the society for higher education. The scholarship covers residents of Maharashtra and Telangana who are currently studying in class 10th and 12th. Under the scholarship, a fixed one-time financial assistance of ₹ 10,000 is provided to the beneficiary for covering their school fee and other academic expenses. Vivo India has introduced the scholarship under its Corporate Social Responsibility programme.
“The program aims to bridge the social and fiscal divide and support students from low-income families to continue their education,” says Vivo.

Vivo for Education Scholarship - Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must meet the following criteria for Vivo for education scholarship:
- Only residents of Maharashtra and Telangana can apply for the scholarship.
- Must be studying in class 10th or 12th.
- Must have scored more than 80% marks in class 9th or 11th in 2020-21 session.
- The annual family income (from all sources) must be less than/ equal to ₹ 4 lakh per annum.
Benefits under Vivo for Education Scholarship
The beneficiaries will receive a fixed one-time award of ₹ 10,000 as a scholarship.
Vivo for Education Scholarship 2021 - Application Process
The applications for the scholarship can be submitted via the Buddy4Study portal. The applications are to be submitted only through the online mode. Here is the detailed process.

- Aadhaar Card
- Marksheet of Previous Qualifying Exam (Class 9th or 11th)
- Current academic year ID card/ Fee Receipt/ Bonafide Letter
- Parent’s Income Proof

Procedure for Form Submission
- Visit the official Buddy4Study portal.
- Search for the ‘Vivo for Education’ scholarship and open it.
- Click on the ‘Apply Now’ button.
- Register using your Gmail/ Facebook account or Mobile number or Email ID.
- After registration, log in again using your ID and password.
- The Vivo for education scholarship application form will appear on the screen.
- Click the ‘Start Application’ button to start filling the application form.
- Fill in all the details carefully.
- Upload the required documents.
- Accept the ‘Terms and Conditions’.
- Preview the application form details. If all the details are correct, click the ‘Submit’ button.
Vivo for Education Scholarship 2021 - Selection Process
The selection process will contain multiple rounds as under:
- Shortlisting - Shortlisting of applicants based on their academic merit and financial condition.
- Telephonic Interview - Shortlisted candidates are required to undergo a telephonic interview for final selection.
