IDFC FIRST bank offers IDFC FIRST Bank MBA Scholarship under its Corporate Social Responsibility. The programme was initiated in 2016 with the aim of providing financial support to students who have secured admission to full-time MBA programmes and whose family income is less than 6 lakh per annum. It is a need-based scholarship wherein meritorious students are provided financial support for completing their post-graduation in Business Studies and make a bright career. Till now, more than 700 students from diverse backgrounds have benefited from the scholarship. Selected candidates will get ₹ 2,00,000 for two years. IDFC FIRST Bank MBA Scholarship 2021 - Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must meet the following eligibility criteria:

  • Only Indian nationals residing in India can apply for the scholarship.
  • The upper age limit for the scholarship is 35 years.
  • Students must be enrolled in the first year of a two-year MBA program of the 2021-23 batch in the participating colleges.
  • Gross annual family income (from all sources) must be less than or equal to ₹ 6 lakh per annum.

NOTE: Those pursuing 1-year executive MBA, integrated MBA or any other MBA program are not eligible for the scholarship.

IDFC FIRST Bank MBA Scholarship 2021 - Selection Process

The final acceptance of the applications will be based on internal diligence and checks by the IDFC FIRST Bank Selection Panel. The selected candidates will be intimated by the bank via email message.

  • Scholarships will be awarded only after the document verification process.
  • The scholarship amount will cover the tuition fee of the course. Thus, the scholarship amount will be transferred to the respective college’s account.
