Government Dungar College, Bikaner conducts the Rajasthan Pre-Teacher Education Test (PTET) as per the rules approved by the Government of Rajasthan. The exam is conducted for admission to the B.Ed. course offered by various teacher training institutions in the state of Rajasthan. Exam Mode - Paper and Pen-Based
Medium of Question Paper - English and Hindi except for the Language Proficiency section.
Paper Duration - 3 hours
Marking Scheme - Each question will be of 3 marks. The maximum marks are 600.

The official exam conducting authorities have not prescribed any syllabus for the exam. However, here is an overview of topics where candidates will be tested.

Rajasthan PTET 2022 Eligibility
Candidates must make sure that they meet the eligibility criteria before applying for the exam. The details are provided below.
Nationality
- Candidates must be Indian citizens.
Educational Qualification
- Must have passed Bachelor’s/ Master’s degree examination from a recognized university with a minimum of 50% marks.
- For candidates belonging to SC, ST, OBC, MBC candidates and physically challenged, Widow, or Divorcee women, the minimum aggregate marks in UG/ PG degree must be 45 per cent.
- Those who are in the final year of the qualifying exam are also eligible to apply provided their result is announced by the last date of online counselling registration.
- Those who have graduated through Correspondence by taking only one University Examination (one sitting) are not eligible even if they have completed a PG degree afterwards.
- Those who have not studied through 10+2+3 or 10+1+3 schemes are also not eligible for PTET.

Rajasthan PTET 2022 application process is online. Candidates must submit the application forms only through the official website. The applications for the 2022 session will be accepted till 31st March 2022 now extended till 15th April 2022.

Steps for Filling the PTET Application Form
- Visit the official website. The link is provided above.
- Click on the link for Rajasthan PTET 2022.
- Now, click the ‘Fill Application Form’ button.
- Application forms for the B.Ed. course and integrated B.Ed. courses are different. So, click the link accordingly.
- Once the application form appears on the screen, fill in details related to name, parents’ name, date of birth, gender, category, address, educational qualification, etc.
- Upload the required documents viz. Photograph, signature, and left thumb impression.
- Review the application details carefully before moving ahead.
- Now, move to the application fee payment page.
- Select the mode of payment and make the fee payment.
- Take a print of the application form for future reference.
Application Fee
Application Fee Amount - The application fee for Rajasthan PTET 2022 exam is ₹ 500/-. The fee will be non-refundable.
Application Fee Payment Mode - The application fee can be paid using Debit Card/ Credit Card/ Net Banking. Fee payment can also be done via Bank Challan.
Rajasthan PTET 2022 Other Details
Rajasthan PTET 2022 Admit Card
Rajasthan PTET 2022 admit cards will be released online at the official website. Candidates can download the admit card using their application number or roll number. It is an important document for appearing in the exam, don’t forget to carry it to the exam center. Admit cards contain details for the candidate's name, date of birth, exam date, venue, exam day instructions, etc.
Rajasthan PTET 2022 Result
Rajasthan PTET 2022 result will be released on the official website. The authorities will publish a notice in the leading newspaper regarding the result declaration. Candidates will also be informed via SMS on their registered mobile number. Candidates can download their mark sheet/ scorecard from the official website. No scorecard will be sent via post to any candidate. A merit list will be prepared based on the marks secured by the candidates in the entrance exam. The counselling process will be held based on the merit list.
Rajasthan PTET 2022 - Rescanning of Answer Sheet
The facility of rescanning of the answer sheet is provided to the candidates. As per the official notification; “Rescanning of the answer-sheet for Pre-Teacher Education Test can be done on submission of application on plain paper mentioning his/her name, father’s name, address and Roll number along with self-addressed envelope affixing stamp of ₹ 5/-, mentioning Roll Number on the Top of Envelope and with a Bank Draft of ₹150/- in favor of Coordinator, PTET-2022 payable at Bikaner as fee within 10 days of the date of declaration of result on Website. No application shall be entertained if received after the due date irrespective of any reason or without mentioning Name, Father’s Name, Address, and Roll number.”
Rajasthan PTET 2022 - Counselling Process
Those who clear the PTET exam will be allotted seats through online counselling. Seat allotment will be done based on the candidate’s merit, category, college choices, teaching subjects, etc. The counselling schedule will be published on the official website and in leading newspapers along with the process for participation. Those who do not participate in the online counselling process or refuse to accept the seats allotted will lose their candidature for B.Ed. admission. Such candidates will not be reconsidered under any circumstances.
