Odisha Joint Entrance Examination Board (OJEEB) conducts the Odisha Joint Entrance Examination (OJEE). The examination is conducted for admission to various UG level programs, viz. Pharmacy, Integrated MBA, lateral entry to Engineering/ Technology/ Pharmacy/ MCA courses. PG level admissions to MBA, MCA, M.Tech., M.Pharm, M.Arch, and M.Plan are also covered under the OJEE exam. However, admission to B.Tech. and B.Arch courses in both government and private institutes are made on the basis of the JEE Main examination score. For B.Pharma.
Physics - Measurements and Motion, Wave Motion, Optics, Characteristics of Materials, Heat and Thermodynamics, Electricity and magnetism, Electronic devices.
Chemistry - Solid-state, Liquid-state, Gaseous-state, Atoms and Molecules, Chemical bonds, Energetics, Structure of Atoms and Molecules, Equilibria, Kinetics, Nuclear Chemistry, Biochemistry, Environmental chemistry.
Mathematics - Algebra of Sets, Logic, Number System, Trigonometry, Determinants and Matrices, Coordinate Geometry of Two and Three Dimensions, Sequence and Series, Differential Calculus, Integral Calculus, Probability and Statistics.
Biology - Diversity of Plant Life, Taxonomy of Flowering Plants, Cell - Structure and Function, Genetic Material, Processes in Plants, Ecology, Economic Botany, Common Plant Diseases.
Zoology - Animal World, Diversity of Animal Life, Animal Histology, Animal Morphology, Animal Physiology, Animal Respiration, Control and Coordination, Genetics, Human Development, Biotechnology, Human Diseases, etc.
For M.Tech.
The M.Tech exam syllabus for the Analytical & Logical Reasoning section and Engineering Mathematics section will remain common for all the disciplines. In addition, Analytical & Logical Reasoning will have related questions, and Engineering Mathematics will comprise topics - Ordinary Differential Equations, Linear Algebra, Laplace Transformation, and Fourier Series.

OJEE Exam 2023 Eligibility
Candidates are advised to check the eligibility criteria before applying for the exam. The eligibility criteria for different courses is different. Please check below:
For B.Pharma. Course
Education Qualification - Passed/ Appearing in class 12th (Science stream) with Chemistry and Physics as compulsory subjects with one of the subjects - Mathematics/ Biology/ Biotechnology/ Technical vocational. The minimum aggregate percentage should be 45% (40% for SC/ ST), and the candidate must have passed all subjects individually.
Age Limit - There is no age limit for the exam.
For M.Tech. Course
Education Qualification - Passed/ Appearing in B.Tech. / M.Sc.
Age Limit - No age limit.
For MBA Course
Education Qualification - Graduation degree. Those who have a Bachelor’ degree in Technology/ Engineering/ Architecture/ Pharmacy with a minimum of 50% (45% for SC/ST) are also eligible. Candidates in the final year of such courses are also eligible.
Age Limit - No age limit.
For MCA Course
Education Qualification - Passed/ Appearing in Bachelor’s degree (any discipline) from a recognized University with a minimum of 50% marks (45% for SC/ST). Must have studied Mathematics at class 12th or UG level. Those with BCA/ B.Sc. (CS/ IT/ IST/ ITM) in Mathematics are also eligible.

OJEE Exam 2023 Application Process
The application process for both CBT and PBT will be online. Candidates must submit the filled-in application form before the last date of submission through the official website. Here is the complete process for filing the application form:
Please Note: No option will be provided for making corrections in the application form after submission. So, candidates must fill in all the details carefully and check the application form before final submission.
Steps to Apply for the OJEE Exam
- Visit the official website - https://ojee.nic.in.
- Click on the link for OJEE 2023 Application Form.
- After clicking the link, six links will appear viz. A, B, C, D, E, and F for different courses. Candidates must select the as per their course.
- Now provide the details asked for to complete the registration process.
- On successful registration, you will receive a registration number.
- Login using the registration number and complete the application form.
- Upload the scanned images of the photograph, signature, and left thumb impression.
- Make a payment of the application fee.
- Take a print of the completed application form.
You need to keep the print of the confirmation page and proof of fee payment till the admission process gets over.
OJEE Exam Application Fee -
The application fee for all the categories viz. General, OBC, SC, and ST are ₹ 1000. The application fee might vary for different courses. The application fee can be paid through internet banking, credit card, debit card or SBI e-challan. The fee, once paid, will not be refunded or transferred for future applications.

OJEE Admit Card 2023
The OJEE admit card will be made available online on the official website in May 2023. Candidates must download the admit card to appear in the exam. The admit card can be downloaded using the login credentials. The admit card will have information such as the candidate's name, roll number, date of birth, gender, exam venue address, category, etc. Check all the information carefully and report discrepancies (if any) to the exam conducting authority. The admit card must be retained until the completion of the admission process.
OJEE Answer Key 2023
The OJEE answer key will be released on the official website. The answer key will be made available in pdf format, and candidates can obtain the same by logging into the official website. Candidates can calculate their estimated marks using the answer key.
OJEE Answer Key 2023 Important Instructions
- Candidates can use the OJEE answer keys to calculate their marks even before the results are announced.
- Moreover, the candidates can file objections on the answer key for OJEE 2023 within the stipulated time.
- The exam officials will rectify the objections and release a revised OJEE answer key 2023 if required.
- OJEE result 2023 will be declared after the final answer key is released.
- Candidates can get their doubts clarified during the OJEE answer key window only because once the results are declared, the exam authorities will not accept any request to re-evaluate and re-check the results.
OJEE Result 2023
The OJEE 2023 result will be made available on the official website. Candidates can download their rank card/scorecard using their login details. Separate merit lists will be prepared for each paper. If candidates wish to know their subject-wise marks, they must write to OJEE officials with a DD of ₹ 400. The same must reach the office within 10 days of the result declaration. Re-evaluation can also be done by paying ₹ 500 through DD within 7 days of the result declaration.

What After OJEE Seat Allotment?
Candidates must follow the steps mentioned below to know what to do after OJEE's first seat allotment:
- Visit the official website of OJEE
- Then, choose the Float or Freeze option
- Upload the requisite documents for the verification process
- Pay part admission fee online using a credit card, debit card or net banking. The part admission fee for the General category is ₹ 10,000 and for the reserved category is ₹ 5,000.
Note: If any query is raised about the documents, the candidate must compile it within a day. Failing to do so may result in the cancellation of the seat.
