UPSC NDA & NA (II) Exam 2019 - List for Fictitious Fee, Process to Submit Appeal

The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has released the list of applicants whose fee has not been received for the NDA (II) 2019 exam. The applications of these candidates have been rejected and the commission has also sent an email for informing such candidates. Candidates can check the list at the official website.

Steps to Check the NDA & NA (II) Exam 2019 Fictitious Fee List

• Go to the official website - https://upsc.gov.in/.
• Click on the ‘Fictitious Fee: National Defence Academy and Naval Academy Examination (II), 2019’ link under the ‘What’s New’ section.
• Click on the PDF link.
• Find your name and registration Id in the list.

If your name is on the list, file an appeal to the commission. If not, your application has been accepted.

Appeal Against Rejection

Candidates can make an appeal against the rejection within 10 days from publication of the list.  Thus, the appeal must reach the Commission by 20th September 2019. The appeal has to be sent along with documentary evidence of fee payment by Speed Post or by hand to the following address:

Documentary Evidence of Fee Payment

Candidates are required to attach the fee payment evidence along with their appeal. Here are the details:

For Offline Fee Payment

Those who have paid the application fee through cash in the State Bank of India/ designated banks should attach the original pay-in-slip as received by the bank on fee payment.

For Online Fee Payment

Those who have paid the fee through online mode using debit/ credit card or internet banking, attach the copy of Debit/ Credit card statement or bank account statement.

As per the official notification; “On receipt of documentary proof, genuine fee payment cases will be considered and applications will be revived, if otherwise eligible.”

NDA & NA (II) 2019 Exam

NDA and NA (II) 2019 exam is scheduled to be held on 17th November 2019. It will be a one-day exam. The examination will be conducted for admission to Army, Navy, and Air Force wings of the National Defence Academy for the course commencing from 2nd July 2020. The selection process will involve a written examination and Personality Test/ Interview.
