UP Assistant Teachers Recruitment Examination 2019 – Registration Process Started
The Uttar Pradesh Examination Regulatory Authority (ERA) has invited online applications for the ‘Assistant Teachers Recruitment Examination-2019’. The examination will be conducted to fill 69,000 vacancies in government primary schools. Interested candidates can apply for the vacancies from 6th December 2018 (Thursday) noon. Candidates can fill the application form till 20th December and fee can be paid till 21st December.
Steps to apply for the Assistant Teachers Recruitment Examination 2019
Anil Bhushan Chaturvedi, Secretary, ERA, said that candidates who are interested in appearing for the examination can register by filling the online application form on the official website from 6 December. The application fee can be deposited on the same day. Please note that application forms will not be accepted through any other mode. Follow the steps to complete the registration process:
- Go to the official website - http://atrexam.upsdc.gov.in/.
- Click on the option to fill the online registration form.
- Fill the details and proceed to complete the registration process.
- Make application fee payment and download the completed application form.
The last date to print the completed application form is 22nd December 2018. There is no provision for making corrections in the application form after submission. Mr. Chaturvedi added, “So they are advised to match the entry made in the form with that of original documents before online submitting the form. The candidates will also have to sign a declaration given in the application form that they have matched the entries and it is found to be correct. ”
At later stages of recruitment, if any information is found incorrect, the application might get cancelled.

Eligibility
Candidates who have passed BTC, BTC from Distance Education (two years), Teacher Eligibility Exam, D.El.Ed. (two years), D.El.Ed. Special Education, BTC Urdu, or a four years B.El.Ed. programme are eligible for the exam. Check out complete details on the official website.
Exam Pattern
After irregularities were detected in the Assistant Teachers Recruitment Examination (ATRE) 2018, the pattern of the examination has been changed for 2019 exam. Earlier, the exam was conducted in a subjective pattern and now it has been replaced by an objective pattern.
