SSC CGL 2018 - 11271 Vacancies Announced, Check Here

SSC has announced a total of 11271 vacancies for the Combined Graduate Level (CGL) recruitment 2018.

28 December 2019: The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has released the list of tentative vacancies for the Combined Graduate Level Examination 2018 on 27th December 2019. Candidates who are appearing for the CGL 2018 examination can check the list of vacancies on the official website. There are a total of 11,271 vacancies. The largest number of vacancies (3082) is allotted for the post of Auditor in the Controller General of Defence Accounts Department. The list released by the commission states;

“State-wise/ Zone-wise vacancies are not collected by SSC. Please contact user departments for state-wise/ zone-wise vacancies.”

SSC has conducted the Tier-3 exam for CGL 2018 on 29th December 2019 (Sunday) through pen and paper-based mode. A total of 9598 candidates have qualified the Tier-2 examination to appear in the Tier-3 examination. The Tier-2 examination was conducted from 11th to 13th September 2019 and the Tier-I examination was held from 4th to 19th June 2019.

SSC CGL 2018- Tier-IV

After Tier-III, the qualified candidates will be called for Tier-IV of the examination which comprises of Skill Test/ Computer Proficiency Test/ Document Verification (as applicable). Candidates are required to carry the original documents viz. Qualifying exam certificates, caste certificate, and other documents. Those who fail to appear in the Tier-IV of the examination will not be considered for the final selection.

• Look for the “Tentative vacancies for Combined Graduate Level Examination - 2018” link under the “Latest News” section.
• Click it.
• A PDF for tentative vacancies will appear.
• Check out the vacancies for different posts in different departments.
