01st November 2020: The rank lists for the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) UG candidates for both Andhra Pradesh and Telangana have been released. Candidates can check the rank lists for both the states by logging onto the respective websites of the in-charge institutes. To help candidates from AP and Telangana to check their selection status for admission to MBBS programmes offered by various medical colleges in the state, a detailed rank list has been published by the incharge institutes. NEET UG 2020 Rank List for Andhra Pradesh and Telangana State
Andhra Pradesh’s NTR University of Health Sciences and Kaloji Narayana Rao University of Health Sciences from Telangana released the merit list of candidates applied from the state for medicine courses. On the other hand, for Telangana state, the responsibility has been handed over to Kaloji Narayana Rao University of Health Sciences, Telangana.
The issued rank list contain names and NEET Roll Number for the candidates who have appeared for the exam. Going by the details shared right now, the cut-off for NEET 2020 MBBS qualification for General Category students stands at 147 marks. On similar lines, NEET state cut-off for General-PH Category is at 129 marks while for BC / ST / SC (including PH), the cut-off stands at 113.
Important Note: Candidates must note that the Rank List released by the university is not a merit list and the detailed rank-wise merit list will be published after the submission of online applications in response to the University notification. Final Merit List will be published by the exam authority after verification of all certificates. |

How to Download NEET UG 2020 Rank List Online?
There are various steps, which candidates need to follow:
Step 1: Visit the official websites of the medical colleges.
Step 2: Click on the merit list.
Step 3: A pdf file with name of qualified candidates will appear.
Step 4: Download, and take a print out.
Meanwhile, the Tamil Nadu government has reserved 7.5 per cent of its seats for government school students in admission in state medical colleges.
