• “The photograph should be of good quality and the background should be white. Polaroid photographs will not be accepted.
• The photograph should not be more than three months old from the date of filing the application and the date of the photograph and the name of the applicant should be clearly mentioned.
• If spectacles are used for reading, a photograph has to be taken wearing glasses. Photographs taken with goggles will not be accepted.”
