Jharkhand ITI Admission 2022 Pattern & Syllabus

No entrance exam is conducted for admission to Jharkhand ITIs. Therefore, there are no details for exam pattern and syllabus.

Jharkhand ITI Admission 2022 Eligibility

Candidates must make sure that they meet the eligibility criteria for admission into ITIs. If any candidate is found to be ineligible at any stage of admission, the candidature will be canceled. Here are the eligibility details:

Domicile

• Applicants must be Indian citizens and must have a domicile in Jharkhand state.

Age Limit (as on 1st July 2022)

• The minimum age limit is 14 years and the maximum age limit is 40 years. For the Mechanic Motor Vehicle trade, the minimum age limit is 17 years.
• For the widows of defense personnel (those who lost their lives during military operations), the maximum age limit is 45 years.

Educational Qualification

• Candidates must have passed class 8th or 10th level education from a recognized board.

Physical Fitness

Candidates are required to produce a medical fitness certificate from a registered medical practitioner at the time of admission.

Jharkhand ITI Admission 2022 Application Process

Applications for the Jharkhand ITI admission process are submitted only through the online mode at the official website. Candidates must submit their duly filled-in applications within the given time period. Here is the detailed application process.

Application Submission Process

• Visit the official website at https://iti.jharkhand.gov.in/ITI_Admission_Module/AD_Index.aspx/.
• Click on the ‘Click Here for All Online Application Submission - JCECEB - 2022’ option.
• Now, click the ‘Online Application Form Submission for Admission in ITI in 2022’ link.
• Provide the details for registration and submit the same. On successful registration, a registration number will appear on the screen. This along with the password, will be your login credentials.
• Login to complete the application form with details for educational qualification marks obtained in the qualifying exam, address, etc.
• Upload the scanned images of your qualifying exam mark sheet, passport-size photograph (colored), signature, and left-hand thumb impression.
• Make application fee payment.
• After successful payment, take a print of the confirmation page/ filled-in application form for future references. No need to send the printed copy to the board’s office.

Jharkhand ITI Admission 2022 Merit List

The merit list for Jharkhand ITI admission will release on the official site. Two separate merit lists will be released for class 8th level and class 10th level. The merit list is prepared based on the marks in the qualifying exam. Candidates can access the merit list using their credentials. First, the provisional list is released and candidates are provided with the option to raise objections against their details (if any errors are found). After considering the objections, the final merit list is released based on which the admission is carried out.

Tie-Breaking Criteria

If the marks of two or more candidates are the same, the one who is older in age will be considered first. If the tie still persists, the alphabetic order of name will be considered for giving merit rank.

Jharkhand ITI Admission 2022 - Counselling Process/ Seat Allotment

Jharkhand ITI counselling process will be carried out based on the merit list prepared by the JCECEB officials. All eligible candidates must participate in the counselling process wherein seats are allotted based on the merit list and choice of the institute. After the seat allotment, candidates must appear for the verification of the original documents and pay the admission fee to complete the process.
