The ICFAI Foundation for Higher Education, Hyderabad conducts the ICFAI Tech School Admission Test (ITSAT) for admission into engineering courses offered by various institutes viz. IFHE Hyderabad, ICFAI University Raipur, ICFAI University Jaipur, ICFAI University Jharkhand, and ICFAI University Dehradun. Admission to the engineering programs is offered in the following five branches:

- Data Science & Artificial Intelligence
- Electronics & Communication Engineering
The ITSAT is also known as the Admission Test for ICFAI Tech (ATIT). It is a university-level examination and admission is granted solely on the basis of merit. ITSAT Exam 2022 Pattern & Syllabus
The exam pattern for both the offline and online examination is similar. Both the tests will comprise of Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs) from the following sections:

The test will be of 3 hours duration. Two sessions will be conducted per day.
Marking Scheme - Each question will be 1 mark and there will be no negative marking in the exam.

Mathematics - Sets and their representations, complex numbers, Matrices and Determinants, Quadratic Equations, Permutations and Combinations, Binomial Theorem and its Application, Sequence and Series, Differential Calculus, Integral Calculus, Differential Equations, Two Dimensional Geometry, Three Dimensional Geometry, Vector Algebra, Measures of Central Tendency and Dispersion, Probability, Trigonometry, Statics.
Physics - Units and Measurement, Description of Motion in one dimension, Description of Motion in Two and Three Dimensions, Laws of Motion, Work, Energy and Power, Rotational Motion and Moment of Inertia, Gravitation, Solids and Fluids, Oscillations, Waves, Heat and Thermodynamics, Transference of Heat, Electrostatics, Current Electricity, Thermal and Chemical Effects of Currents, Magnetic Effects of Currents, Magnetostatics, Electromagnetic Induction and Alternating Currents, Ray Optics, Wave Optics, Electron and Photons, Atoms, Molecules, and Nuclei, Solids and Semi-conductors Devices.

ITSAT Exam 2022 Eligibility
Candidates are advised to check the eligibility criteria carefully before applying for the exam. Here are the details:
- Candidate must have passed class 12th or equivalent examination with minimum 60% aggregate marks. Must have studied Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics and English in class 12th.
- Applicants must have completed 12 years of formal schooling.
- Those awaiting the class 12th final exam results are also eligible to apply for the exam.
Candidates must make sure that they meet the eligibility criteria. If candidates are found ineligible at any stage of admission (even after the admission process), the admission will be cancelled.
ITSAT Exam 2022 Application Process
Candidates interested in appearing for the ITSAT 2022 exam are required to submit the application form on or before 10th April 2022 for Phase-1 and 12th June 2022 for Phase-2. The ITSAT application process can be completed through the following modes:

The details for filling the application form through both the methods are as under:
Online Method -
Candidates need to visit the official website at https://ifheindia.org/icfaitech/ and make the application fee payment of ₹ 500. The application fee can be paid using the Credit Card/ Debit Card/ Internet Banking. Candidates are also required to upload the scanned image of their passport size colour photograph. Once the application is submitted successfully along with the application fee, the Prospectus will be sent to the applicant.
Offline Method -
Through the offline mode, the application can be submitted in two ways:
- Downloading the Application Form
- Filling the Application Form through Prospectus
Downloading the Application Form
Candidates are required to fill in the application details online and then download the completed application form. Candidates are then required to make a Demand Draft of ₹ 500 in favour of ‘IFHE - Prospectus Fee A/C ATIT 2022’ payable at Hyderabad. On receipt of the application fee and DD, the institute will send you the Prospectus.
Filling the Application Form through Prospectus -
Applicants can buy the Prospectus and fill the application form attached with the prospectus. Send the filled-in application form along with the application fee Demand Draft to the Admission office.

Program Preference

It is mandatory for all candidates to indicate their email ID while filling the applications. All important information related to the ITSAT 2022 exam will be communicated at the email ID provided by the candidate. ITSAT Exam 2022 Other Details
ITSAT 2022 Slot Booking
For the ITSAT 2022 exam, candidates are required to book the examination slot. The last date for slot booking is 12th June 2022. After the successful submission of the application fee and fee payment, candidates must book the examination slot. While booking the slots, candidates must select the examination center, timing, and date. After the slot booking is complete, candidates can download the admit card.
ITSAT 2022 Admit Card
The admit card for the ITSAT 2022 exam will be released after the slot booking process is complete. Candidates will not be allowed to appear for the exam without the admit card. It is mandatory to carry the original Photo ID proof along with the admit card to the examination center.
ITSAT 2022 Result
The ITSAT 2022 result will be announced on the official website. Provisional admission letters to selected candidates and waitlist candidates will be done from 27th to 28th June 2022. Candidates can check the result using the application number and date of birth. Those who qualify for the ITSAT exam will be eligible to appear for the counselling process.
ITSAT 2022 Counselling
Those who qualify for the ITSAT 2022 exam are called for the counselling process. The counselling process will begin in July 2022. The counselling for admission is conducted offline while the registration for the counselling is done online. Candidates are required to provide their preference for the campus and branch while online registration. After registration, they are required to download the counselling call letter. The call letter will specify the date, time, and venue of the counselling. Candidates must carry all the requisite documents (mentioned on the call letter) in original for the document verification process. After successful seat allotment, candidates must pay the admission fee to complete the admission process.
