ICSI CS Executive 2022: Exam Dates(Out), Eligibility, Application Process, Exam Pattern & Syllabus
The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) will conduct CS Executive 2022 from 1st June 2022 till 9th June 2022. The Institute has been established to administer and develop the profession of CS – Company Secretaries in India. Candidates willing to appear in the exam must meet the ICSI CS Executive 2022 eligibility conditions. This is the second stage of all three phases of the ICSI CS program 2022. ICSI CS Executive 2022 Pattern & Syllabus
The exam will be conducted in offline mode. The second phase of Company Secretary Examination will be conducted for 100 marks. There will partly be subjective and partly be objective questions. The CS Executive program has 8 papers in two modules (existing 7 papers).

ICSI CS Executive 2022 Eligibility
Some of the important eligibility conditions that a CS aspirant must meet -
Educational Qualification -
- He must have cleared ICSI CS Foundation Programme
- Must have done CPT of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India
- Arts, Commerce and Science (excluding Fine Arts)
- Postgraduate students can also apply
- First-year appearing candidates can appear
Age Limit –
- CS aspirants should be, at least, 17 years of age.
ICSI CS Executive 2022 Application Process
To register for the CS Executive program, aspirants must register themselves with the Board, i.e. the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. The CS Executive registration 2022 is to be completed at www.icsi.edu. Check the steps below to complete the ICSI CS Executive 2022 application process in a hassle-free manner.
- Visit the official website of ICSI.
- Click on the tab ‘Online Services’
- Select the link ‘Foundation/ Executive Registration’
- ‘Proceed to Registration’ after making sure the candidates have all the following documents ready - photograph of the candidate, DOB certificate (10th pass certificate), signature, roll number, category certificate (other than general), qualifying certificates (12th pass certificate for foundation) and identity proof (ration card/ Aadhaar card/ pan card/ driving license/ passport)
- At this stage, candidates need to provide details for the mentioned tabs (if they are first-time users), ‘basic details’, ‘education details’, ‘source of information’, ‘document details’, ‘preview’ and ‘payment’
Note: Only after successful payment, the registration process will be done. Applicants will be intimated through SMS and email. The Institute will verify the documents and then approve the application if everything is fine.

Here’s the complete process to check the application status –
- Use valid credentials and log-in to your account
- Click on the ‘Student Services’
- Now, click on ‘Application Status’
CS Executive Programme 2022 (June) Download ID Card/ Registration Letter
- Select ‘Executive Programme’ on the official website
- Click on the ‘Executive Student Login’
- On the next page, candidates have to use their ‘Executive Registration Number’ and ‘Password’ (The registration number is the user name)
- ID card/ registration letter now available to download
How to Check Study Material Dispatch Status?
Aspirants who have got their applications approved will be able to check the study material dispatch status through the following steps –
- Access the ‘Online Service’ tab
- Log-in using the credentials (already discussed above)
- The dispatched parcel details now can be seen
- In case of any discrepancy, candidates can select the ‘Complaint’ button after making a selection from the grid
ICSI CS Executive 2022 Other Details
CS Executive 2022 Admit Card –
The admit card for the CS Executive exam 2022 will be issued online prior to the commencement of the examination. To download the CS Executive admit card 2022 applicants must use the 17-digit registration number after accessing the ‘Get Admit Card’ link. Check for any discrepancy, download the same and get a printout of it.

CS Executive 2022 Result –
To check the ICSI CS Executive 2022 result candidates have to keep their roll number ready. The result will be available in the form a merit list. The steps are quite easy – students need to access the authorised website of ICSI (already mentioned above), select the result link and enter the Roll Number. Now ‘Submit’. That’s it! Download the PDF file of the merit list.
