ICAR AIEEA UG 2022 Pattern & Syllabus

The All India Entrance Examination for UG 2022 admission will be conducted in offline (OMR) mode. Applicants will need to complete the exam using black/ blue ballpoint pen only. There will be 180 MCQ questions, carrying 720 marks. The duration of the exam is two and a half hours. The questions will be available in both English and Hindi.

• Questions from Subjects Chosen: This varies from student to student. For example, if a candidate selects PCM as their subjects, he will preferably find questions from Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics.

• Negative Marking: 1 mark is deducted for the wrong answer
• Streams: Stream A and Stream B

ICAR AIEEA UG 2022 Eligibility

Nationality –

• Candidates should be Indian nationals

Academic Qualifications –

• Should have passed 10+2 Senior Secondary Examination of CBSE or any equivalent exam
• They should not have scored less than 50% marks in aggregate for UPS, OBC (NCL) and General categories. Registrants belonging to SC, ST and Physically Challenged must secure 40% marks in aggregate.

Age Limit –

• Must be 16 years old as of 31st August 2022

ICAR AIEEA UG 2022 Application Process

Candidates who are interested to take up the entrance examination for admission to B. Tech programs should meet the eligibility requirements mentioned above before completing the registration process. NTA will release the AIEEA application form 2022 for UG programmes in the first week of May 2022. The entire process will be undertaken online at the official website i.e. www.icar.org.in.

How to Fill in Online NTA AIEEA-UG Application Form 2022 -

• Visit the authorized website of ICAR
• Click on the AIEEA-UG 2022 Registration link
• Enter information including your complete name, mobile number, email ID, etc.
• Receive log-in credentials in the registered email ID
• Log in and fill in the details such as Basic Details, Personal Details, Academic Details, etc.
• Upload the scanned copies of the signature, left thumb impression and photo
• Make a payment online using a credit card, debit card, net banking, etc.
• Select the declaration “I agree to abide by the rules and regulations governing the examination as contained in the Information Bulletin, which I have duly studied and understood thoroughly” and SUBMIT

AIEEA-UG Exam Centres –

NTA administers the entrance test at 56 centres across the nation. The exact location or name of the exam centre will be notified later on the official website. As per the Information Bulletin, “ICAR may change/ shift the examination city centre opted by the candidate to another nearby centre if the number of candidates is more at any city centre.” Here’s a list of the test centres -

AIEEA UG Admit Card 2022 –

The e-admit card will be issued online for the AIEEA UG 2022 exam. Candidates can download the AIEEA UG 2022 hall ticket using the application number and date of birth. The e-admit card displayed on the screen will carry details, such as –

• Name and address of the candidate
• Roll number of Aadhaar card or 28-digit Aadhaar Enrolment ID proof or ration card/ passport
• Date of exam
• Duration
• Exam day instructions
• Exam centre
• Code of the exam city centre
• Venue
• Photo
• Thumb impression
• Signature

'Particulars in the e-Admit Card must be checked carefully'. Match all the details and make sure these are correct.

ICAR AIEEA-UG Result 2022 –

The result date for the AIEEA UG exam is yet to be announced. The result will be uploaded on the ICAR official website. A subject-wise merit list will be prepared based on the marks secured by the candidates. The result will include the overall rank of the candidate secured in the exam. Check the following steps –

• Go to the ICAR AIEEA website
• Look for the result link
• Enter details like application number, date of birth, etc.
• Hit the ‘Submit’ button
• The result will be displayed on the screen. Download and take a printout for future reference

AIEEA UG 2022 Counselling -

Candidates who qualified for the entrance examination conducted by NTA can register themselves for the AIEEA 2022 counselling process by logging into the official website. Candidates need to use their application number and date of birth to successfully register their entrance.

To participate in the counselling round students need to follow these steps:

• Visit the official website and register yourself for a counselling round by paying the fee of ₹ 2000 via online mode (Credit/Debit card or Net banking).
• Login to your account and fill in your choices for the institution and click on ‘Save’.

Note: Candidates can apply only for those courses and institutions where they are eligible for admission on the basis of their marks secured in the NTA AIEEA 2022 Exam.

• Once they allot the seat through the counselling they need to report to the reporting center for the documentation process.
• Participants need to carry all important documents along with a copy of the ICAR AIEEA 2022 Counselling Call letter, on the document verification day.

Documents Required for Counselling Process

On the day of counselling, the particular institute will verify the original documents. Hence, candidates are required to produce only the original documents –

• AIEEA 2022 admit card
• AIEEA result
• Photograph
• Age proof
• XII mark sheet
• Provisional certificate
• Category certificate

Along with these necessary documents, one should also carry a counselling call letter which will be downloaded by pursuing these steps:

• Go to the official ICAR website.
• Click on the ICAR AIEEA 2022 Counselling Call letter link.
• Now, login into the portal by using your application number and password.
• Then, click on the ‘Download Counselling Call Letter’ link.
• Download the call letter and take a printout for the counselling process.
