DTU LEET Exam Pattern

The exam will be conducted through both online and offline mode where 90 objective type questions will be asked from the following sections:

The duration of the Exam is 2 hours.

Marking Scheme - 4 marks will be awarded for every correct response and 1 mark will be deducted for every incorrect response.

Mathematics

Numbers and Operations - Operations, Complex Numbers, Counting, Ratio and Proportion, Elementary Number Theory, Matrices and Sequences.

Algebra and Functions - Expressions, Inequalities, Equations, Properties of Functions, Representation and Modelling

Geometry and Measurement - Plane Euclidean Coordinate Lines, Circles, Parabolas, Symmetry, Transformation, Surface Area and Volumes, Trigonometry Right Triangles, 3-D Dimensional Solids

Data Analysis, Statistics, and Probability - Median, Mean, Mode, Graphs and Plots, Range Interquartile, Least Square Regression, Probability.

General Aptitude and Reasoning

Series Completion, Direction Sense, Blood Relation, Ranking, Number, Mathematical Operation, Time Sequence, Arithmetical Reasoning, Inserting the Missing Character

DTU LEET 2022 Eligibility

Candidates must meet the eligibility conditions for DTU LEET before applying for the exam.

Qualifying Exam

• Students must have a diploma (any branch of engineering) from an AICTE-recognised University.
• The minimum aggregate marks in the qualifying exam must be 60% or equivalent CGPA. Reserve category (SC/ ST) candidates must have scored a minimum of 50% or 55% (for different courses) in the qualifying exam.
• Those who are in the final year of the qualifying exam are also eligible for applying for the exam.

Age Limit

• Minimum - 18 years
• Maximum - 26 years

DTU LEET 2022 application forms will be released online. Candidates are required to fill out the application form within the given time. The application forms will be available on the official website of the University. The application process is both online and offline. Steps for filling the DTU LEET 2022 Application Form (Online)

• Visit the official website at http://dtu.ac.in/.
• Under the ‘Admission’ tab, click on the B.Tech. Lateral Entry option.
• Now, click on the application form option.
• Register as a new candidate by providing the details asked for.
• After successful registration, you will receive the login details.
• Log in using the details and complete the application form.
• Provide details of your qualifying exam, address, upload scanned images of photograph and signature and more.
• Make online fee payments.
• After successful fee payment, take a print of the application form.

Steps for filling the DTU LEET 2022 Application Form (Offline)

• Visit the official website at http://dtu.ac.in/.
• Click on the B.Tech. Lateral Entry option under the ‘Admission’ tab.
• Now, click on the application form option and download the application form. 
• Fill in all the details in the application form and paste your recent photograph.
• Make fee payments through the mentioned mode.
• After successful fee payment, submit the filled-in application form and the application fee payment proof to the University office. The duly filled-in application can be submitted to the university office through speed post or in-hand.

DTU LEET 2022 Admit Card

DTU LEET 2022 admit card will be issued to only those whose application forms are complete. Candidates can download the admit card using their login credentials. No candidate will be allowed to appear for the examination without an admit card. It is a mandatory document. It contains details such as candidate’s information, exam timing, venue, exam day instructions, etc.

DTU LEET 2022 Result

DTU LEET 2022 result/ merit list will be prepared after the exam is over. The same will be released on the official website. Candidates can check their results online and take a print of the same for future reference. Candidates must keep their scorecards safe till the admission process is over.

DTU LEET 2022 Counselling
