The Institute of Aerospace Medicine (IAM) Bangalore is a leading institution of the Indian Air Force, located at the origin of Karnataka. IAM is the first aerospace medicine academy which conducts the Doctor of Medicine (MD) course in the subject of Aerospace Medicine. The apprentices of the scheme have to pass the NEET PG Entrance exam in order to secure a seat at the grounds of Institute of Aerospace Medicine (IAM). The minimum qualifications a participant needs to require for admission are as follows:
Criterion of Eligibility
Presently the institute runs Doctorate of Medicine (MD) courses in Aerospace Medicine. The admissions are based on a National level medical entrance examination (NEET PG 2019).
- All the eligible participants need to qualify the MBBS course from an Indian recognized university with minimum aggregate scores of 55%.
- Whereas, students belong to Scheduled Caste/ Scheduled Tribe/ OBC category need to secure at least 40% marks.
- Candidates have to acquire a provisional or permanent registrations certificate issued by the State Medical Council.
The Process of Selection:
Students have to qualify the entrance examination of NEET Post Graduate 2019 for the commencing session of Institute of Aerospace Medicine, Bangalore Karnataka.
