The final answer key for Uttar Pradesh Teacher Eligibility Test (UPTET) 2019 has been released by the Uttar Pradesh Basic Education Board on 01st February 2020 (Saturday). Those who have appeared in the UPTET 2019 examination can check the answer key on the official website - updeled.gov.in. One must note that the UPTET 2019 final answer key has been uploaded online set-wise for both the papers (Paper-I and Paper-II) separately. UPTET 2019 Final Answer Key (OUT) – Downloading Steps
Candidates can check the final answer key for Uttar Pradesh Teacher Eligibility Test (UPTET 2019) by following the steps guided below:
- Open the official website link of the Exam Regulatory Authority, which is updeled.gov.in.
- Click on the ‘View’ button in the ‘Uttar Pradesh Teacher Eligibility Test (UPTET)’ section on the home-page.
- After this, tap on the click on UPTET answer keys PDF link.
- The links for primary level and upper primary level answer keys will appear on the screen.
- Click on the link available on the screen for checking the answer key.
- Download and print the UPTET 2019 answer key for your respective paper.
Earlier, the provisional answer key for Uttar Pradesh Teacher Eligibility Test (UPTET) 2019 has been released on 14th January 2020 (Tuesday). Moreover, the option to challenge the answer key was also active. The last date to submit the challenges for the provisional answer key was on or before 17th January 2020.
Raising Objection Against UPTET 2019 Answer Keys
Candidates are given an option to raise an objection against the provisional answer key. This facility was available till 17th January, 6:00 PM. Candidates are required to submit their representations with appropriate explanation. The processing fee for each objection will be ₹ 500 only. If the challenge is found to be correct, the Board will refund the processing fee. The final answer keys will be released after considering the objection raised by the candidates.
Steps to Raise Objections Against the UPTET 2019 Answer Keys
Here are the steps to submit objections against the UPTET 2019 provisional answer key:
- Go to the official website at http://updeled.gov.in/.
- Click on the ‘View’ button in the ‘Uttar Pradesh Teacher Eligibility Test (UPTET)’ section on the home-page.
- Click on the ‘UPTET Answer Keys Objection’ link.
- Click on the ‘’Fill Answer Key Objection for Questions’ link.
- Enter your registration number, password, and Captcha to login.
- Select the questions to raise an objection against and provide appropriate reasons to support the same.
- Pay the processing fee.
- Submit the objections.
The UPTET 2019 final answer key will be released after considering the objections raised against the provisional answer key. As per the official schedule, the final answer key will be released on 31st January 2020.
UPTET Result 2019
As per the latest schedule, the UPTET result 2019 will be declared on 7th February 2020. Candidates can check the result at UP Basic Education Board’s official website. The eligibility certificate will be issued within one month of result declaration.

About UPTET
UPTET is a mandatory exam for getting a teaching job in government schools in Uttar Pradesh state. It is conducted for primary and upper primary level teaching posts. Different papers are conducted for Primary (classes 1st to 5th) and Upper Primary (classes 6th to 8th) levels. Candidates can also appear for both the papers if they fulfil both the eligibility requirements. The UPTET 2019 exam was conducted on 8th January 2020 at various centers across the country. Earlier, the examination was scheduled to be held on 22nd December 2019 which was postponed due to internet restrictions in different parts of UP during the Anti-CAA protests.
