UPSEE 2020 Syllabus for Paper-7 and Paper-8 | Check Complete Details

Uttar Pradesh State Entrance Examination is conducted for admission to various UG level courses offered by the Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam Technical University. A total of eight papers are conducted under the UPSEE entrance exam. Candidates are required to appear for different papers as per the course they are interested in. The exam pattern for all the papers is different and so is the syllabus. Here, we are providing the details for Paper-7 and Paper-8 syllabus for the UPSEE exam. Both the papers are conducted for admission through lateral entry.

• Paper-7 is conducted for Pharmacy Diploma holders for lateral entry to the 2nd year of the B.Pharm course
• Paper-8 is conducted for Engineering Diploma holders for lateral entry to the 2nd year of the B.Tech. course

Let’s have a look at the eligibility for appearing in both the papers :

Eligibility for Lateral Entry to B.Pharm. Course

Candidates should have passed 2 or 3 years of Diploma in Pharmacy from a recognised institute in U.P. with minimum 45% marks (40% for SC/ST).

Eligibility for Lateral Entry to B.Tech. Course

Candidates should have passed three years Engineering Diploma (in any branch) from a recognised institute in U.P. with minimum 45% marks (40% for SC/ST).

UPSEE 2020 Exam Pattern - Paper-7 and Paper-8

Candidates are required to mark the answers only with a ballpoint pen (black/blue) in the OMR sheet.
