UP DELED Counselling 2019 - Registrations, Dates, Seat Allotment Process
The Uttar Pradesh Basic Education Board conducts the Counselling and Seat Allocation Process for the meritorious students of the state. The authorized board has released the official rank list of the aspirants for admission to the academic session 2019-2020. The rank list is available on the authorized portal of UP D.El.Ed admissions i.e. updeled.nic.in.
As per the official notification, the admission notification for a two-year course has already been published on 24th June 2019, while the UP D.El.Ed counselling 2019 was started from 17th July 2019.
UP D.El.Ed. Counselling
UP Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed.) formerly known as Basic Teacher Certificate (BTC) is a two-year teacher training programme conducted to recruit successful D.El.Ed. qualifiers in various private and government-aided colleges and schools. The admissions to the course are made through a counselling process, while no entrance is conducted by the concerned authority. UP D.El.Ed Counselling Procedure 2019
UP D.EL.Ed Counselling process will be administered by the conductive authorities to provide admissions to the astonishing students of the state. Seats will be allocated to the fellow contestants, based on their eligibility criteria and merit scores.

The below-mentioned steps have to be presented by the conducting authorities to complete the counselling process.
Step 1- Choice Filling Procedure
- Candidates need to visit the official portal of D.El.Ed i.e. updeled.nic.in.
Note: Students who have featured in the rank list are eligible to fill their choices.
- Go the counselling reference link and enter your application number and password in the prompted field.
- Your application form will be appearing on your screen where you can verify your details.
- Submit your preferred choices as per your location preference and requirement.
Step 2- Seat Allotment Process
- Based on the choices filled by the applicants, the UP Education Board will announce the seat allotment result on its authorized portal.
- Qualifiers of seat allotment result need to accept the seats by paying an amount of ₹ 10,000 via Credit Card/ Debit Card or Internet Banking.
- After allotment of seats, candidates need to download their provisional seat allotment letter which has been downloaded by the official site.
Step 3: Physical Reporting at Allotted Centres
- After confirming the seat, the selected student will have to report to the respective institute with all the relevant documents for document verification.
- If the applicant is failing to report at the allotted centre, his/her seat will be cancelled.
Step 4: Documents Needed for Documentation Process
Candidates need to submit a copy of all the necessary documents with a set of the original one. A list of important documents is as under:
- Copy of UP D.El.Ed Application Form
- UP D.El.Ed 2019 seat allotment letter
- Class 10th, 12th and graduation certificate, and mark sheet
- Fee payment slip
- Category Certificate (For Reserved category candidates)
- Passport Size Photograph
- Character Certificate from institute/school last attended
- UP Resident Certificate/ Domicile certificate
- Medical Certificate
- Special Category Certificate (if applicable)
- Other required documents (if any)
