UKSEE 2022 Application Process - Steps to Fill the Form, Application Fee Details

Uttarakhand Technical university releases the online application forms for the Uttarakhand State Entrance Examination. The application forms are made available on the official website, and candidates are required to apply only through the online mode. The application process started on 19th June 2022 and continued until 7th July 2022. Here, we will discuss the steps to fill out the UKSEE 2022 application form, application fee, specifications of the scanned image, etc. Candidates are advised to check the eligibility criteria before filling out the application form.

UKSEE 2022 Application Process - Important Dates

Specification for Scanned Image of Photograph

Candidates are required to upload a scanned image of their photograph while filling out the application form. Here are the specifications of the scanned image. Make sure the image meets all the following points.

• The scanned image of the photograph must be of a minimum 35 x 45 mm.
• The photograph must have at least 75% coverage of the face and head of the candidate.
• The photograph must be taken after 1st January 2022.
• The photograph must have a caption with the candidate’s name and date of taking the photograph at the bottom of the photo.
• The background of the photograph must be white or any light color.
• No red-eye and no reflection.
• The photograph must not have any scratches or stains.

Candidates must keep at least 6 copies of the same photograph for counselling and admission formalities.

Application Fee

Candidates are required to pay the application fee as per their category:

Make a payment of the application fee through online mode using a Credit/ Debit Card or Internet Banking. The application fee is non-refundable and will not be adjusted against future applications.

Steps to Fill the UKSEE 2022 Application Form

There is no option for making corrections in the application form. So, candidates are advised to fill out the form carefully. Follow the steps provided below:

• Visit the official portal - http://uksee.uktech.ac.in.
• Look for the UKSEE 2022 application link and click it.
• Provide the details asked for registration. On successful registration, you will receive a registration ID. This registration ID and password selected by you will be your login credentials.
• You can continue with the application process or log in later to complete the application form.
• Enter the details related to your qualifications, address, personal information, etc.
• Upload the scanned images of the photograph.
• Make the application fee payment.
• Take a print of the completed application form after submission.

Do not send the hard copy of the application form to the University. However, keep the print copy safe till the admission process is over.
