To promote the girl’s education in India, the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) offers Single Girl Child Scholarship 2018 to the meritorious girl students, who are the only child of their parents. To avail the benefits under this scholarship program, an applicant should have completed their 10^th examination with a minimum aggregate score of 60% or CGPA 6.2. Also, they should be continuing their studies +2 studies.

• All the selected candidates will receive a reward worth of ₹ 500/- per month for two years.

4. SOF Girl Child Scholarship Scheme (GCSS) - 

The Science Olympiad foundation works to promote education and competitive spirit among school children. Every year ministry of minority affairs, Government of India announced a fellowship program for minority students of Class 1^st to Class 10^th in India. Under this fellowship, the government works with an aim to empower students who belong to minority region through education. Deadline for the scholarship is 31^st October 2018.

• Students from class 1^st to class 5^th will get INR 100/- per month for their maintenance allowance. 
• The tuition fee of ₹ 350/- per month will be provided for the students of class 6^th to class 10^th.
• Applicants of class 6th to class 10th will get ₹ 500/- per annum as admission fee.

8. Lal Bahadur Shastri Scholarship Scheme - 

The Lal Bahadur Shastri Scholarship Scheme is introduced by the education department of Government of India. The scholarship scheme aims to provide financial help to the brilliant students of economically weaker sections of Indian society. The program is available for the studying students of class 6^th to class 10^th in government schools.

Students who have secured minimum aggregate 80 % marks in their previous class will get ₹ 1000 to 2000 depending on their credibility. Every year around 20,000 students will be honored under this scholarship scheme.

9. CPS Antarashtriya Hindi Varchasv Olympiad 2018 -
