Educational Qualification

Staff Nurse

Registered Nurse and Midwife Certificate having passed 3 years course in General Nursing and Midwifery from a recognized institution by the Indian Nursing Council

OR

B.Sc (Nursing)

Dietician

B.Sc (Science) with PG Diploma in

Dietetics (1 year course) from a recognized

institution + 3 months internship training in a hospital.

OR

B.Sc Home Science and M.Sc Home Science (Food and Nutrition) from a recognised institution

Dialysis Technician

B.Sc. and Diploma in Haemodialysis

OR

Two years in-house Training / Experience in Haemodialysis work in a reputed institution (Document proof is required to be uploaded at the time of application.)

Dental Hygienist

Degree in Science (Biology) from a recognized university

AND

Certificate/ Diploma (2 years course) in Dental Hygiene from an institute recognized by the Dental Council of India

 AND

Registration with Dental Council of India as Dental Hygienist

AND

Two years experience as a Dental Hygienist

Extension Educator

Graduation in Social Work/ Community Education/ Sociology with 2 years diploma in Health Education from a recognized University

Optometrist

B.Sc (Optometry) or Diploma in Ophthalmic Technician (3/4 years duration). The candidate should have Registration with the concerned Council/ Licensing body.

Physiotherapist

Bachelor’s Degree (Physiotherapy) from a recognized University

and

Two years practical experience in Physiotherapy in a Government / Private Hospital with minimum one hundred beds

Perfusionist

B.Sc with Diploma in Perfusion Technology

OR

B.Sc and Three years experience in Cardiopulmonary Pump Technician in Reputed Recognised Hospital

Health and Malaria Inspector Grade III

B.Sc. with Chemistry as Main/ Optional subject in any branch of Chemistry +

One year Diploma in Health/ Sanitary Inspector

OR

One year National Trade Certificate (NTC) in Health Sanitary Inspector awarded by the National Council for Vocational Training, Ministry of Labour and Employment, GoI, New Delhi.

Lab Superintendent Grade III

B.Sc with Biochemistry/ Life Science/ Micro-Biology/ B.Sc with Chemistry and Biology as main or optional/ subsidiary subjects or equivalent + Diploma in Medical Lab Technology (DMLT) or equivalent

OR

B.Sc in Medical Technology (Laboratory) from a recognized institution.

Pharmacist Grade III

10+2 (Science) or equivalent with Diploma in Pharmacy from a recognized institution and registered as Pharmacist under the Pharmacy Act, 1948

OR

Bachelor degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharma) from a recognized University or equivalent and Registered as a Pharmacist under the Pharmacy Act,1948

Radiographer

10+2 with Physics and Chemistry and Diploma in Radiography/ Radio Diagnosis Technology/ X Ray Technician (2 years) from a recognized Institute.

Science graduates with Diploma in Radiography/ Radio Diagnosis Technology/ X Ray Technician (2 years) shall be preferred.

Lady Health Visitor

12th from a recognized Board/ University with multipurpose workers course from Institutes recognized by Central/ State Government

Speech Therapist

B.Sc. and Diploma in Audio and Speech Therapy and 2 years experience in the related field

Lab Assistant Grade II

12th (Science) plus Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT)

OR

Certificate Course in Medical Laboratory Technology (minimum 1 year with full time training) at par DMLT subject from an institute recognized by a University or Technical Board of State Government/ Central Government authority

ECG Technician

10+2 / Graduation in Science having Certificate/ Diploma/ Degree in ECG Laboratory Technology/ Cardiology Technician/ Cardiology/ Cardiology Techniques from a reputed institution
