Railway Recruitment 2022 - RRB Group D Exam Recommended Books

The Railway Recruitment Board had announced total vacancies of 1,03,769 for the Assistant/ Helper posts in different departments of the Indian Railways. As per the official notification, the RRB Group D 2022 Computer Based Test (CBT) is scheduled to be conducted from 23rd February 2022.

There is tough competition for joining the Indian Railway. So, candidates are advised to prepare for the exam well in advance. The recruitment for Group D posts will be done on the basis of candidates’ performance in the Computer Based Test (CBT) and Physical Efficiency Test (PET). Only those candidates who qualify for the CBT are called for the PET. Subjects in RRB Group D 2022 Computer Based Test

The Computer Based Test consists of 100 multiple choice questions which have to be completed in 90 minutes duration. Questions are covered from the following areas:

• Mathematics
• General Intelligence and Reasoning
• General Science
• General Awareness on Current Affairs

There will be negative marking in the exam and 1/3^rd of the marks allotted to a question will be deducted for incorrect answer.

Minimum Qualifying Marks for the Exam

Candidates need to secure the minimum qualifying marks in the exam in order to become eligible for selection. Category-wise minimum qualifying marks are:

• Unreserved – 40%
• OBC – 30%
• SC – 30%
• ST – 30%
