RPF & RPSF SI Constable Exam Date 2018 | Admit Card | Recruitment Procedure
Indian Railway has released 9,739 vacancies for the post of Sub-Inspector and Constable in Railway Protection Force (RPF) and Railway Protection Special Force (RPSF). The online application process was started on 01st June and ended on 30th June 2018. The official notification doesn't have any information the exact exam date. However, it is stated that the Computer Based Test (CBT) will be tentatively conducted in the month of September and October 2018. RPF SI/Constable Exam Date 2018
As per the official notification, the Computer Based Test (CBT) for sub-inspector and constable posts will be conducted in the month of September and October 2018. The exact exam dates have not been released yet. However, the examination schedule will be on the official web page for SI Recruitment and Constable Recruitment. The exam date, time and venue will also be published on the admit card of the candidates. The Central Recruitment Committee will not entertain any request regarding change in exam date, centre, and time.
RPF SI/Constable Exam 2018 Admit Card
The admit card for the exam will be uploaded at the official website of Indian Railways. Candidates will be intimated about the availability of the e-admit card through their registered email address and mobile number. Candidates should note that no call letter/admit card will be sent by post to any candidate.
RPF SI/Constable Recruitment Process 2018
The recruitment process for RPF SI/Constable posts consists of three phases:
- Computer Based Test (CBT)
- Physical Efficiency Test (PET) & Physical Measurement Test (PMT)
- Document Verification
The Computer Based Test comprises of 120 questions from topics related to General Awareness, arithmetic, and general intelligence & reasoning. The total duration of the CBT is 90 minutes.
The PET/PMT phase tests the candidates on his/her physical ability. The criteria for PET are:

On the basis of performance in CBT and PET/PMT, shortlisted candidates will be called for document verification process. Appointment of the candidates will be subject to passing the Medical Fitness Test conducted by the Railway Administration.
