NIELIT CCC Exam 2019 Registration - Step-by-step Application Process
The National Institute of Electronics & Information Technology (NIELIT) conducts the entrance examination for the Course on Computer Concepts (CCC) throughout the year. The applications for the examination are accepted only through the online mode. Candidates must apply for the exam through the official website. Here is the complete application process for the NIELIT CCC exam 2019.

Guidelines for Filling the NIELIT CCC Application Form
- Candidates must submit only one Online Examination Application Form (OEAF) for one cycle of the exam. If candidates submit more than one application, the last application will be considered by the exam conducting authority. So, candidates must make sure that the last application form they submit is complete in all respects.
- The fee paid against one OEAF will not be adjusted against another application form. Also, the application fee is non-refundable.
- Please make sure that you submit the completed application form along with the application fee within the specified time.
Prerequisites for Filling the NIELIT CCC Application Form
- Valid and personal emails ID of the student. Please make sure that the email ID is working properly. All the communications related to the exam will be done through this email ID.
- Valid and working mobile number.
- Scanned Images of:
- Recent passport size photograph (3.5cm x 4.5cm)
- Signature
- Left thumb impression
- All the images must be in .JPEG format and the size of the images should not exceed 50 KB.
Steps for Filling the NIELIT CCC Application Form 2019
The NIELIT CCC application must be submitted within the specified time. The applications are accepted only through the online mode. Candidates are advised to fill the application form only through the official website. Here are the steps to fill the application form:
- Visit the official website - https://student.nielit.gov.in.
- Click on the ‘Apply Online’ button on the home-page.
- Select the ‘Course on Computer Concepts (CCC)’ link.
- Tick the ‘Declaration’ check-box.
- Click on the ‘I Agree & Proceed’ button.
- The application form will appear on the screen. Enter details such as your name, mother’s name, father’s name, gender, category, contact details, education details, examination details, etc.
- Upload the scanned images of photograph, signature, and left thumb impression.
- Tick the ‘Declaration’ box and click the ‘Submit’ button.
- After submitting the application form, a preview will appear on the screen. The application number, date and time of submission will appear. Check all the details carefully before hitting the ‘FINAL SUBMIT’ button. In case you want to make any changes in the application form, click the ‘BACK’ button to edit the form.
- On final submission, you will receive an email/SMS on your registered email ID/mobile number.
- Make fee payment for the exam. The application fee for the exam is ₹ 500. Additional GST charges are also to be paid by the candidates.
- Take a print of the confirmation page for future reference.
Candidates must not submit the completed application form and the related documents to the NIELIT regional center. Follow the application process carefully to fill the application form correctly.
