NTA JEE Main Application Process 2021

The National Testing Agency is the new exam conducting body of JEE Main, earlier it was performed under the umbrella of the Central Board of Secondary Education. From 2021 onwards, NTA is conducting the JEE Main four times a year. NTA JEE Main 2021 will be conducted in February, March, April, and May. The February and March session exams are completed successfully while the April and May session exams are yet to be conducted. The April session application process is active now.

The NTA JEE Main online application form can be completed with the following steps:

• Go to the official JEE Main website. You can also access the website from NTA’s portal > click on the JEE Website & Registration link.
• Click on the ‘JEE (Main) 2021: New Registration and Registration Form Correction’ button on the home page.
• Click on the ‘New Registration’ button. Make sure ‘JEE (Main) 2021’ is selected in the ‘Application Form’ drop-down.
• Read the instructions carefully, tick the check-box, and click on the ‘Click Here to PROCEED’ button at the bottom of the page.
• Now fill the registration form with details like the candidate’s name, father/mother name, identification type and number, address, mobile number, email id, etc.
• Create a password, enter the security pin and click on the ‘SUBMIT’ button.
• Your registration will be complete and a registration ID will appear on the screen.
• Now again visit the candidate’s login page and enter the registration ID and password to log in and complete the application form.
• Enter details such as educational qualification, DoB, category, examination center preference, etc.
• Click on ‘Submit’ after reviewing the details. Edit the application form if you find any mistake.
• Upload the scanned images of your photo and signature.
• Click on ‘FINAL UPLOAD’
• Make fee payment through any of the available options – net banking, credit/debit card, etc.
• When the application form is submitted successfully, you are required to select the date of the examination. Follow the steps to complete the process.
• Take a printout of the confirmation page.

Candidates are advised to keep the username and password safe until the admission process ends.

The National Testing Agency (NTA) will also activate the correction window after the completion of the online form filling process. During this period candidates can edit/change/update their particulars in JEE Main 2021 application form. Candidates have to enter their application number and password on the JEE Main login window.

• Visit the official website of JEE Main 2021,
• Navigate and hit the ‘tab’,
• Enter your Application Number, Password, Security Pin (displayed on the screen),
• Click the ‘Login’ button,
• Click on ‘Manage Form Particulars Correction’ to edit and make changes,
• Read all the instructions carefully,
• Edit the required information and make the changes.
• Pay an additional fee if required.
