Indian Navy Entrance Test (INET) 2019 Application Form and Eligibility Criteria
The Indian Navy has started the online application process for the recruitment of officers in various branches of the Navy. The officers will be selected for both the Permanent Commission and Short Service Commission. The application forms are available at the official website - joinindiannavy.gov.in. The INET 2019 application forms are available at the official website from 18th May 2019. The last date for submission of the application forms is 29th May 2019. Documents Required for Filling the Indian Navy Application Form -
- Matriculation Certificate
- Valid Email Id
- Working mobile number
- Marksheet of qualifying course
- Commercial Pilot Licence (CPL) issued by DGCA (if applicable)
- Scanned image of a recent passport size photograph of the candidate in the JPG/ FITT format.
Steps to Fill the INET 2019 Application Form
The application for joining the Indian Navy can be submitted only through the official website. So, candidates are advised to beware of the fake application process. The application window will remain open from 18th to 29th May 2019 for the examination scheduled to be conducted in the last week of August (now in the second week of September 2019 - extended). Here are the steps to be followed for completing the application process:

- Visit the official website of Indian Navy recruitment.
- Scroll down and click on the ‘Apply Online’ button on the home-page.
- Now, you will be redirected to the candidates’ log-in page. Click on the ‘Register’ button.
- Registration for the Indian Navy entrance exam can be done in two ways - using Aadhaar ID and without Aadhaar. Select any one option as per your preference.
- If you select registering using Aadhaar ID, provide your Aadhaar ID and Aadhaar linked mobile number for registration. An OTP will be sent to the mobile number you have provided for verification and completion of the registration process.
And, if you select to register without Aadhaar, select any of the Photo ID provided in the drop-down, enter the number of your ID, scanned image of ID proof and address proof. Save the details to complete the registration process.
On successful registration, you will receive a registration ID and password to log-in.
Indian Navy 2019 Application Form -
- After registration, go back to the candidates login page.
- Enter your ID and password to log in.
- The application form will appear on the screen.
- Provide the details asked for such as your name, parent’s name, educational qualification, address, category, etc.
- Upload the scanned image of your photograph.
- Make application fee payment to complete the application process. The details of the application fee are as under -

The application fee once paid is non-refundable and non-transferable towards any other exam.
The Indian Navy application form filling process is self-explanatory. However, we hope that the above procedure will make things easier for you while filling the form. Indian Navy Exam 2019 Eligibility Criteria

Candidates holding a valid and recent Commercial Pilot License issued by DGCA (India) are also eligible to apply for the SSC Pilot (MR) and SSC Pilot (other than MR) posts. The age limit for such candidates is between 2nd July 1995 and 1st July 2001 (both dates inclusive).
