The Indian Institute of Science (IISc), Roorkee, activated the downloading link of the IIT JAM 2022 admit card. Candidates who have applied for the IIT JAM 2022 exam were able to download their JAM admit card 2022 from the official website till the date of examination. The exam commenced on 13th February 2022.
IIT JAM is a national-level science entrance exam conducted on a rotational basis to shortlist aspirants for admission in MSc and other post-bachelor courses. Once a year, the exam conducting authority organizes the exam of the Joint Admission Test for MSc (JAM) 2022. This year the exam was all set to be held on 13th February 2022 under the guidance of IISc Roorkee.

Enter Key-In Credentials to Download IIT JAM 2022 Admit Card
Applicants who have filled out the IIT JAM application form can view and download the admit cards for the exam to be held at various examination centers all over the country. Check out the steps to download the hall ticket for the exam from the authorized portal.
Note: Admit cards can be downloaded only through the official website. Admit cards was not sent through the post or e-mail.
- Go to the official website – https://jam.iisc.ac.in.
- Click on the ‘JAM 2022 Admit Card are now available for download from JOAPS portal’ link.
- You will be re-directed to the JOAPS portal.
- Log in using your Enrolment ID/ Email ID, and Password (case sensitive), and answer the arithmetic expression.
- Click on the “Submit” button. Your IIT JAM Admit Card 2022 will appear on the screen.
- Download and take a colored print-out of it for future reference.
Preserve the admit card till the admission process gets over.
Details on JAM 2022 Admit Card
The JAM 2022 admit card will contain the following details:
- Name of the candidate
- Registration number
- Photograph
- Signature
- Exam Date
- Timing
- Name and code of the test paper
- Address of the exam venue

As per the official notification, “Candidates will not be permitted to take the examination if the original and valid ID is not presented.”
The IIT JAM 2022 was held on 13th February 2022 through computer-based mode. On the other hand, the results for the same were declared on 17th March 2022.
JAM 20212 Exam Schedule
The exam will be held in two sessions, the first session will perform from 9:30 am to 12:30 pm, while the second session will be held from 2:30 pm to 5:30 pm for mathematics, chemistry, and geology.

Important Instructions on IIT JAM 2022 Admit Card
Candidates need to read the below-mentioned instructions presented on their admit card for the IIT JAM exam very carefully.
- Candidates need to carry their JAM admit card to their allotted test center along with one photo ID. The list includes - College ID, Employer ID, Driving License, Passport, PAN Card, Voter ID, and Aadhaar-UID.
- An original copy of the photo ID card needs to be carried by aspirants as a scanned copy of the photocopy will not be accepted.
- Candidates need to ensure that their fingertips do not have any coating (example: ink, mehndi, henna, or tattoo) as a biometric system of verification will be done on the exam day.
- Aspirants need to report to their allotted IIT JAM exam center at least 90 minutes before the exam starts for identity verification.
- Candidates were allowed to sit at their allotted seats for IIT JAM 2022 exam 45 minutes before the exam is scheduled to start. Further, 20 minutes before the exam starts, candidates were allowed to log in and read the exam instructions.
- Candidates will not be permitted to leave their exam hall before the exam ends.
