IDBI Assistant Manager Recruitment is held for selecting eligible candidates at the post of Assistant Manager in the various branches of the bank all over the country. The official notification for 2020 recruitment is scheduled to release in the first week of April 2020. And, the online test is scheduled to be held in the third week of May 2020. The IDBI Assistant Manager exam is conducted through the computer-based mode. Some changes are introduced in the IDBI Assistant Manager exam pattern w.e.f 2019. These changes are as under:

- The Logical Reasoning and Data Analysis & Interpretation sections have been clubbed together in one section.
- The clubbed section is of 60 marks.
- No more changes are introduced in the other sections of the question paper.

Exam Duration - The total duration of the exam will be 2 hours. There will be no section-wise time distribution.
Marking Scheme - Each question will be of 1 mark.
Negative Marking - There is a provision of negative marking in the exam. 0.25 marks will be deducted for every wrong answer. If any question is left unanswered, no marks will be awarded or deducted for the same.
