GATE 2022 Admit Card (Released on 03rd January); Check Complete Exam Schedule
Applicants waiting for their GATE 2022 admit card can just visit the official website of the Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering and download the hall tickets. As the IIT Kharagpur has released the Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) 2022 hall ticket on the official website. The admit cards for GATE 2022 are available on the official website of GOAPS from 4 PM onwards on 03rd January 2022. Registered candidates can download the same using their login details.
Candidates must download the GATE 2022 admit card timely and keep it safe as it is a mandatory document to be carried to the test centre along with an original and valid ID proof. Candidates' identification proof is required to fill out the GATE 2022 application form. In case a candidate fails to produce a printed copy of their GATE admit card, he/she will not be allowed to appear for the test. Students can provide any of the government IDs such as Passport, Driving license, Aadhaar UID, PAN Card, Valid College ID, Employee Identification Card and Voter ID as a valid photo ID.
Note: No printed copy of the released GATE 2022 hall ticket will be posted to the candidates.
Steps to Download GATE 2022 Admit Card
Candidates who had applied for the GATE exam can download their GATE admit card only through the GOAPS portal. The steps to download the same are:
- Go to the official GOAPS Portal.
- Look for “Admit Card is available for download”. Then click on the “Click Here” link.
- It will redirect you to a page where the following details – Enrolment ID/ Email ID, password, and answer the arithmetic expression – need to be entered.
- Click on the ‘Submit’ button.
- The admit card/call letter will appear on the screen.
- Download and take a clear print-out for future reference.
Admit card print-out along with a valid and original ID proof is mandatory for making entry to the examination hall. Please note that the photocopy/scanned image of the ID proof will not be accepted.

The admit card of GATE 2022 will carry the following important details about the candidate:
- Exam date and time
- GATE exam centre details
- Candidate’s registration number
- Candidate’s name
- GATE paper and subject
- Candidates are advised to check all the mentioned details on GATE admit card 2022.
