It was established in 2004 and is approved by NCTE. Kishan Institute of Teacher's Education

It is a privately own institute, which was established in 2001. It is approved by NCTE and affiliated to Chaudhary Charan Singh University, Meerut. It has many facilities for students—separate hostels for boys and girls, a huge library, a cafeteria, an auditorium, a hospital, transportation and IT Infrastructure. B. Ed. course is very popular at this institute. It is of two-year duration and approved by NCTE. The eligibility required for this course is graduation or post graduation in any stream from a recognized college or university. Admission to this course is made through a written test followed by counselling. Candidates are selected on the basis of their ranks in the merit list. Apart from this undergraduate teaching course, the institute also provides BP. Ed and M.Ed. The eligibility for the former is 10+2 and for the latter is B.Ed.

Jindal Institute of Education

It is a well-known institute in Meerut city. It is recognized by NCTE (National Council for Teacher Education) and famous among local people as JIE. It has the affiliation with CCS University (Chaudhary Charan Singh). It is a co-educational and self-financed institute. Admission to this institute is tough and based on the marks scored by candidates in B.Ed.JEE examination and also on marks in graduation. DN College

It was set up in 1958 with a small infrastructure. Now, it has spacious buildings for different departments. All of them are equipped with laboratories. D P M Institute of Education, Meerut

It is located on the National highway, nearby Hastinapur. So, it is very famous with regard to historical importance. Students from various parts of the city come here to attain education. In order to seek admission to this course, candidates should hold a Bachelor’s degree in any stream from a recognized college or university. There is no maximum age limit for candidates seeking admission to this course. As far as fee structure is concerned, general and OBC candidates need to pay ₹ 500/-only and SC/ ST candidates need to pay ₹ 250/-only.
