AP PGECET 2023 Eligibility
The eligibility criteria for the AP PGECET exam are set by the exam conducting authorities. Candidates are required to meet the conditions for appearing for the exam. Also, if candidates will be found ineligible at any stage of the admission process, their candidature will be canceled. Here are the details for eligibility.
Nationality
Candidates must be Indian residents.
Domicile
Must belong to Andhra Pradesh state meeting the local/ non-local conditions.
Qualifying Exam
- Must have passed graduation or equivalent level exam in the relevant field with at least 50% marks (45% for reserved category candidates) from a recognized institute.
- Those pursuing B.Tech. or its equivalent are eligible for M.Tech./ Pharm.D./ M.Pharmacy courses. However, such candidates must complete the course and pass all the subjects required for the award of a degree.

The following details are to be filled in in the application form. So, candidates must keep the respective documents ready to fasten the application process.

- Passport size photograph in .jpeg/ .jpg format in size less than 50KB.
- Scanned image of Signature on white paper with a black pen in .jpeg/ .jpg format in size less than 30 KB.
- Debit card/ Credit card/ Netbanking details
Steps to Fill the Application Form
The online application process comprises the following steps:

Fee Payment
- The first step in the application process is fee payment. Candidates are required to visit the official website and click on the fee payment option.
- A form will open on the screen. Fill in details such as qualifying exam hall ticket number, name, DoB, Mobile number, etc.
- The fee amount field will be already filled. Click on the ‘Initiate Payment’ button.
- Select your preferred payment mode. Enter the details asked for and make payment.
- A message for the successful transaction will appear on the screen with a Payment ID on the successful fee payment.
- Now, you can either click the ‘Proceed to Fill Application’ button or fill out the form later.

Checking the Payment Status
- You can check your payment status before proceeding with the application process, as the application is to be filled only after a successful fee payment.
- For this, click on the ‘Know Your Payment Status’ option on the homepage.
- Enter the hall ticket number and mobile number and click the ‘check Payment Status’ button.
- The application status ‘Success/ Failure’ will appear on the screen.
Filling out the Application Form
- Once the fee payment is successful, click on the ‘fill application’ option on the home page.
- Fill in the payment reference ID, Qualifying exam hall ticket number, mobile number, and date of birth. Click on ‘Proceed to Fill Application'.
- Fill in the remaining details.
- Upload the scanned images of the candidate’s photograph and signature.
- Check all the details carefully. Tick the declaration. And click the ‘Preview/ Submit’ button.
- An option to Modify or Confirm/ Freeze the process will appear. If you want to make corrections to the application form details, click Modify or else Confirm.
- After clicking the ‘Confirm’ button, the application form will be submitted, and the message for successful submission will appear on the screen.
Printing Application Form
- After the successful submission of the application form, click on ‘Print Application’ to take a print of the application form.

AP PGECET 2023 Admit Card
- The AP PGECET 2023 admit cards will be released online on the official website. Take a clear print of the same.
- The admit card has details such as the candidate's basic details, exam center address, exam date, timings, and other instructions.
- Read all the instructions on the admit card carefully and follow the same.
- It is a mandatory document for making entry to the exam hall.
AP PGECET 2023 Answer Key
- The authorities will release the preliminary answer key soon after the exam.
- Candidates will be given the option to raise objections against the same. If found correct, the same will be updated in the answer key.
- The final answer key will be released along with the result.
- As the exam will be conducted on separate days, the answer keys will also be released separately.

- Those who have cleared the entrance exam are required to appear for the counselling process to complete the admission formalities.
- The counselling process will include fee payment, reporting at the counselling center, document verification, choice filling, and seat allotment.
- Apart from the AP PGECET counselling, the authorities also conduct separate counselling for GATE and GPAT score holders.
