AMUEEE Exam 2023 Important Dates

Here is the tentative schedule for the AMUEEE 2023. The exam dates are yet to be announced:

AMUEEE Exam 2023 Pattern & Syllabus

Understanding the exam pattern will help you with better performance in the exam. The AMUEEE will be conducted through pen-and-paper-based (offline) mode. A total of 150 Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs) are asked from the following subjects:

The exam will be of 3 hours duration. One mark will be awarded for every correct response and 0.25 marks will be deducted for every incorrect response.

Syllabus for AMUEEE 2023 Exam

The syllabus for AMUEEE 2023 exam will be released with the official notification. Candidates must check the syllabus and start their preparation. The syllabus is based on the class 12th curriculum. Here are the topics of the previous year’s syllabus. No changes are expected in the syllabus. So, candidates can start their preparation now.

• Physics - Physical World and Measurement, Law of motion, Kinematics, Work, Energy, and Power, Gravitation, Motion of System of Particles and Rigid Body, Thermodynamics, Properties of Bulk Matter, Oscillations and Waves, Behaviour of Perfect Gas and Kinetic Theory, Current Electricity, Electrostatics, Electromagnetic Waves, Electromagnetic Induction and Alternating Currents, Magnetic Effects of Current and Magnetism, Optics, Atoms & Nuclei, Dual Nature of Matter and Radiation, Electronic Devices, Communication Systems.
• Chemistry - Some Basic Concepts of Chemistry, Structure of Atom, Classification of Elements and Periodicity Properties, Chemical Bonding and Molecular Structure, States of Matter: Gases and Liquid, Solid State, Solutions, Equilibrium, Chemical Thermodynamics, Hydrogen, Redox Reactions, some p-block elements, s-block elements, Electrochemistry, Chemical Kinetics, Surface Chemistry, General Principles and Processes of Isolation of Elements, Organic Chemistry - Some Basic Principles and Techniques, Environmental Chemistry, and Hydrocarbons.
• Mathematics - Sets & Functions, Algebra, Coordinate Geometry, Calculus, Mathematical Reasoning, Relations & Functions, Linear Programming, Vectors & Three-Dimensional Geometry, Probability.

AMUEEE Exam 2023 Eligibility

Candidates are advised to check the eligibility criteria before filling out the application form. If candidates are found not to meet any eligibility criteria at any stage, they will not be considered for admission to the university. Here are the conditions for eligibility:

Age Limit (as of 1st July 2023)

Candidates must not be more than 24 years of age.

Qualifying Exam

Candidates should have passed a 10+2 or equivalent examination from a recognized board with a minimum of 50% marks. Candidates should have studied Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, and English in class 12th.

Candidates who have completed a Diploma in Engineering from Aligarh Muslim University with a minimum of 50% marks are also eligible for the AMU entrance exam.

AMUEEE Exam 2023 Application Process

The application process began on 17th February 2023. The applications will be accepted only through the online mode. The application process will continue until 17th March 2023. Candidates must fill out and submit the form within the specified time. Here are the steps to be followed:

Steps to Apply for the AMUEEE 2023 Exam -

Registration

• Candidates must visit the official website.
• Look for the AMUEEE 2023 application link and click it.
• Enter the details asked for to complete the registration.
• On submission of the details, the application number will be generated. The application number and password will be your login credentials.

Completing the Application Form

• Login using the application number and password.
• Complete the application form using details such as personal information, academic details, category, contact information, etc.
• After filling in all the details, check them before submission.

Uploading Documents

• Upload scanned images of photograph, signature, and thumb impression at the specified space.
• On successful upload, you will be redirected to the fee payment page.

Fee Payment

The application fee for the exam is ₹ 650/- for the B.Tech. program. The fee can be paid through Credit Card, Debit Card or Internet Banking.

• Select your preferred mode of fee payment and follow the steps to complete the process.
• After successful fee payment, submit the form.
• Take a print of the confirmation page for future reference.

AMUEEE Exam 2023 Other Details

AMUEEE 2023 Exam Admit Card

Aligarh Muslim University will issue the admit card for the exam on the official website.  The admit card is scheduled to be released in the second week of May 2023. Candidates need to log in using their application number and password to download the admit card. The admit card will not be sent through post to any candidate. Paste your passport size photograph on the admit card and keep it safe. It is a mandatory document for making entry to the examination hall. Do not forget to carry it along with you on the examination day.

AMUEEE 2023 Exam Answer Key

The AMUEEE 2023 answer key will be released in June/July 2023. The answer key will be made available on the official website. Candidates can check the answer key and submit a challenge against the answer key (if any) using their login details. For submission of the challenge, candidates are required to pay the specified fee and support their answer with proof. The challenges (if found correct) will be updated and the final answer key will also be released on the official website. No challenge against the final answer key will be entertained. The result will be prepared based on the final answer key.

AMUEEE 2023 Exam Result

The AMUEEE 2023 exam result will be declared via online mode and will be made available on the official website in June 2023. The result will be made available in PDF format. Candidates can check the same on the official website. After the result declaration, qualified candidates are required to appear for the counselling process.

AMUEEE 2023 Exam Counselling

Qualified candidates are called for the counselling process which is conducted through offline mode. The counselling process will tentatively begin in the first week of July 2023. Candidates must download the counselling call letter from the official website and reach the counselling venue on the specified date and time. Check out the counselling call letter for the required documents and carry all the documents to the counselling center.
