Syllabus for 10+2 PCM

Aptitude - Engineering Graphics, Engineering Mechanics, Basic Electronics Engineering, Basic Electrical Engineering, Basic Workshop Practice, Elements of Computer Science, Diploma level Physics, Chemistry, and Math.

The syllabus for the English and General Awareness is similar to that of the 10+2 (PCM) syllabus.

AME CET Exam 2022 Eligibility

Age Limit

• Minimum - 16 years
• Maximum - 28 years

Educational Qualification

• Candidates must have passed class 10+2 (PCM) or 3 years engineering diploma (any stream) from a recognised University.
• Those appearing in the final year of the qualifying exam are also eligible for the AME CET exam.

AME CET Exam 2022 Application Process

The AME CET 2022 application form can be submitted through both online and offline modes. The application process started in November 2021 and will continue till April 2022. Candidates must submit the application form before the last date. The application process for both modes is as under:

Online Mode

• Go to the official website at https://www.amecet.in.
• Click on the Apply Now button.
• Fill in all the basic information with scanned images.
• Pay the application fee. On successful payment of the application fee, a confirmation message will be sent to your registered mobile number and email ID. 

Offline Mode

For offline mode, candidates are required to visit the approved AME CET centers and purchase the application form. The application form can be obtained only after paying the registration fee.

• Fill out the Application Form with basic details.
• Paste a passport size photograph.
• After completing the application form, send it to the following address:

The application fee can be paid through credit card/ debit card/ Net banking. Additional bank charges are to be paid by the candidates. In the offline mode, the application fee is to be paid in cash directly at the AME CET center.

The AME CET 2022 admit cards will be released in the third week of June 2022. The admit cards will be uploaded online. Candidates can download the same from the official website using their login details. Admit cards are mandatory for making entry to the examination hall.

AME CET 2022 Result

The AME CET 2022 result will be announced in the first week of July 2022. The result will be uploaded to the official website. Candidates can check the result using their registration ID and password. Those who will qualify for the exam are required to appear for the counselling process to be conducted in the second week of July 2022.

AME CET Scholarship

Candidates who secure the top 5000 ranks (All India Rank) in the AME CET exam will get up to 100% scholarship. The scholarship is awarded as under:

The scholarship will be applicable to tuition fees for the first semester fees only.
